Sounds like an interesting idea. Is a preset just some json file? If so it should be possible to write say a python script to generate presets based on finding files that match naming patterns such as torsoD.[ext] limbsD.[ext] and the others for Gloss, Normals etc.

Her morph is exported with Morph Merge and Split and I also ran it through DAZ for rigging tweaks. Let me know...
I've gone through the process of fixing bones for vam female atoms:
1. Morph and merge tool to generate a single head+body morph .vmi/.vmb
2. Dropping the .vmi/.vmb morphs into VAM2DAZ tool
3. Editing bones in DAZ and exporting the .dsf
4. Dropping the .dsf into the VAM female morphs folder so...
