I'm on desktop. What I'd like to do is change FOV to 60 when I activate Embody on a person, and have it go back to 40 when I exit Embody. I like that I can activate Embody with a hotkey, but I'm not sure if I can still use that if I have to use some sort of trigger to change FOV. Suggestions?

The new Demo + Lite category does not show up in game when you go to the hub browser. The Demo + Lite scenes are all free, but they don't show up unless you select All instead of the default mode, Free. This happens on hub-hosted vars, which is incorrect.
