Tried many variations, including vsync on/off, 60Hz through to 120hz within VAM and also Desktop. Best results with minimal stuttering I got was to set the desktop to 60 Hz and setting the VSync to on at 75hz within VAM. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Have the devs added collision for male clothing in undress mode or am I doing something wrong? Collision for female clothing works just fine.
