Is it just me or has this option not worked since a few versions back? It doesnt show curls in style mode. I remember finding it useful sometimes to reduce clipping when styling hair with large curls.

On desktop, disabling the UI VAM runs really smooth but by simply toggling the UI i get a frame drop from stable 90 (capped at that recording) to around 25 FPS. You can see my FPS in the top right corner of this video and how it drops from the UI. Environment, lighting, scene etc does not...
