Solved Licensing question about Ultimate Layered Makeup Addon & PC
Either they that created those paid scenes/models asked the original creator of the NC license content for permission. I used the in game Hub access to download those and didn't download the additional presets since they are NC. Honestly, I was just as confused about it also.- murn

Female smoking / vaping
Too much work and there is only so much a creator can do with what they have to work with. Plus some effects are missing from the hub where you may be able to create some effects that are passable. Maybe the paid scenes are well done IDK but you will have to check those out also- murn
