It should work with the plugin alone but you have to have deep penetration + optimized physics + penetration alignment enabled, with gape multipliers set to something like 1.2 or 1.3 -

ah that's why, the plugin depends on some colliders to parent stuff so you shouldn't affect them with any other plugins. there's the deep penetration toggle that ignores collision with inner body colliders without turning them off if that's what you're after -
