Deleting things without understanding the impact is a recipe for disaster. I hope you are more careful next time. What doesn't work? What should we be (or not) seeing in the screenshot? Where's your VAM folder located in your disk?- atani

VaM 1.x If I download a scene and edit it and save can I delete the original VAR?
You can with Package Manager. You can't with the Scene Browser to prevent deleting the entire VAR that may have a lot more than just the scene. It's there for preventing unwanted data loss. You can also use the plugin Browser Assist for a better browser.- atani

You should check in detail how those scenes work and learn how you could do something similar fitting your needs. It's not a 5 minute change, it's deep scene structuring and planning.- atani
