How to launch without SteamVR (Performance Increase)
It works now. The issue was that i had to run VD streamer as an admin. There seems to be more performance in menus, but in scenes it seems to be more or less the same as with steam vr. -

For some reason using the bat file or using the launch game option in virtual desktop does absolutely nothing, no errors or warnings, just nothing. quest 2. Unfortunate, 10-20 fps sounds like a lot. i have a 4090 too. -

Openxr now works with vam
Anyone managed to get this runing on Virtual desktop? In their faqs they claim it works with their launcher and on another page they're saying i should not be using virtual desktop at all. -

Question DLSS 3 ?
So we all know what's coming out in a few weeks. The question how does VR VaM work with dlss? I've heard that DLSS 2 supposedly works vam. Has anyone tried it ? does it actually work, if so is there any loss in fidelity? I'm thinking of upgrading, especially since the dlss3 should take a huge...- Zer

No worries mate, your effort is much appreciated. I've tried moving last backuped archives but nothing. After i've renamed the backup folder and it seems to work ! At Least it started making new backups, so i assume it's working. Seems also way slower this time around, maybe cuz i ran it in... -

So i was using this updater yesterday and it all seemed to be working fine up until my drive ran out of space (didn't think of the backups made), I ran in past stage one and stage 2 up into around half an hour (big folder). After that i've been getting this error every time i load. I've tried...
