    Can't replicate 1.21.1.0 Skin presets not loading completely

    Repro: 1. Select person atom 2. Select appearance preset (preferably referring to textures in a var) 3. Select appearance preset AGAIN (even the same one is ok). 4. Only face diffuse channel is loaded, torso, arms, gens do not load. Unsure of other channels.
