    It looks like everything is fine with your scene, you need to click "Use current pose" first to start using poses, you don't have any poses saved at the moment. You might want to check "Apply pose on transition" as well :unsure:

    Best way is to use Timline plugin for all your animations, its very easy. You can add Timeline to your asset, OR you can add your asset to your characters Timeline using "Select from scene", and then just record your animation (y)
