Two classic versions based on everyone's favorite weather controlling mutant. One based on the classic Cockrum/Byrne 70s version and the other based on Paul Smith's redesign of the character in the 80s.

Couldn't include FX to cut down dependencies but I highly recommend using @Farger particle pack to reproduce the photos.
