Scenes Wednesdays helping hands

First of all a big thanks to the resource creators, especially to Slimy for his gentleman hand which provided dozens of inspiring possibilities with his animated hands.
One of these was of course Wednesday's hands, and I was actually surprised no one came out with a scene (the amazing Ruthven2000 for example). So I had to do it on my own with my limited possibilities.
If appreciated I might continue the story, if I have some spare time.
