This plugin is a modification of @MacGruber FrameRateContorl plugin of Essentials pack. My plugin is a full replacement with addition of precise VaM Time Scale adjusting capability. This plugin is designed specifically for video recording guide. Idon't see any circumstances you need it unless you want to follow the guide. Designed as a session plugin. All application notes are published in the guide.
Since version 3 there is an ability to disable WindowCamera Display Preview that can eliminate your FPS drop while WindowCamera is enabled saving up to 40% of your FPS! I find this very useful and it could be used out of the guide scope.
Also I implemented the Super Resolution feature from MacGruber's SuperVideo plugin. Credits go to him again! Important note: you can not use both the plugins simultaneously because they use similar tweaks on the same object and use the same shader bundle packed in different vars.
