Commissioned: Took about 22 hours to fix and get working with vam and vr, no sleep. Had to resize all props, add touch colliders to hundreds of items, reassign lots of textures and a lot of other things to make it look good in vr. Defiantly not plug and play, but I'm experienced, so I got the job done.

Also recreated to the Sketchfab as close as possible (created see through walls, rearrange and/or removed some rooms and created more positions):
