Includes a Morphs that makes the chest lift upwards, same as the costume name, search for "ST08" in the Morphs option and adjust the value you want. You can also leave this Morphs out , it has no effect on using the costume.
Please note that the "ST08" Morph may make the chest look unnatural if there is no costume on the upper body.
