This resource includes strings of various spaceships moving along in convoys. Departing convoys are designed to move away from the field of view, approaching convoys need to have the root atom moved far from view so that the spaceships move towards the observer. The demo scene provides an idea of how to set the convoys and the distances involved. Being that these ships are particles with limited lifespans, consideration needs to be made to where the convoys start and end in the field of view. When you activate the atom you start with no ships and then the ships fly into the scene at greater numbers over time.
Each ship is given a random, but very subtle, roll and sway. This makes the flight characteristics look more realistic as each ship has a unique behavior.
