This full-scale stage was developed for Frame-to-Frame video rendering purpose, you may want to try Sonic Prive for daily enjoyment, that one is more hardware friendly :p

You can simply clear the audio and keyframes of that demo, then load your own tracks or motion using any MMD plugin or import some timeline motion.
