Plugins Scene atomic batch operation tool-LgAtomTool

A small feature update that switches atomic control controls for movement and rotation.

Update content:
1. Batch modify atomic names, check the atomic multiple check box, fill in new names, and batch modify. (Check legend 1 to automatically open the atomic panel after adding the mark)
2. Click on the left atom to automatically jump to the atom panel (you need to check the icon 2 to jump to the atom panel)
3. In Figure 3, add the UI button to set the coordinate position.
