Lillian is the presumptuous sort - an entitled brat, really - and in a fantasy realm, she would make a hell of a princess.
She's also a bit outdoorsy, unlike her sister... and her relationship with her "forest friends" (anything with a dick) would be something special, indeed!

This is a simple, non-interactive scene. Lillian enjoys a "green meat seat" via a small set of randomized body animations and a larger set of randomized expressions, for a somewhat non-repetitive experience. There are a lot of things I could've done better, but I'm trying to be a bit more ambitious with my release schedule this year.
Instructions: This scene has no controls. It should run on load.
It's also been generally resistant to slippage, but if she does lose a dick (or end up with double anal by accident, and you... don't want that?), the easiest way I've found to put it back in is to select the rear goblin - yes, the REAR butt-goblin - and turn his collision off and then on again. This works if either dick is out of place, and doesn't mess anything else up.
Performance: The early bottleneck for me was CPU, so if performance is bad, the first thing I'd do is turn off Lillian's glute soft physics (saved that way already in the VR version).
Next, play with your Physics Update Cap and Physics Rate in User Prefs to trade speed for smoothness or vice versa.
If it's really bad, you might have to pick a goblin to let go. =(
If none of that helps, then you're GPU-bound, and I'd recommend getting rid of goblin hair and beard first, or lowering Lillian's hair physics.
Let me know if I'm wrong and you have trouble, then I'll ruin it further by tweaking and upload the result.
