If nipples pop out it's mostly here "Female Morph>Category>Morph/Chest/Nipples > Nipples 1.000→0". Increasing "Collision Radius" in Physics tab also may help
For dress I recommend to increase "Global Illum Diffuse Intensity" in Main UI > Scene lighting or just play with lighting in scene on your preferences.
