It's a decal Torso that goes along with DJ Tanlines bottoms (when using the tanline nipple decals)
It really only works nicely on pale skin tones as that's what I made it for.
I didn't convert every style over, so there are limited options, but I figured it was better to release it into the wild than just sit on it forever since I'll probably never get around to finishing all the variations.
