The texture names in "the Night Lingerie" folder do not match the texture names in the "Night Lingerie.vaj" file.
i.e. Folder name "Night Lingerie D8.jpg"
Night Lingerie.vaj name "FL Babydoll.D8.jpg"
Consequently, each texture load fails with an error, and the clothing does not display properly.

Updated the Item. If you still happen to have some sort of issue loading the textures, here are the correct locations:

MainTex: Night Lingerie D8.jpg
SpecTex: Night Lingerie B.jpg
GlossTex: Night Lingerie B.jpg
AlphaTex: Night Lingerie T.jpg
BumpTex: Night Lingerie N.jpg
