I model, sculpt, bake, texture and package this all by myself.
Using AI model generation has dramatically reduced the initial modeling time, but it still requires a great deal of effort. I retopologized my self-made high-poly mesh, generated LODs, and set up custom collisions in Unity. The textures are a bit blurrier for optimization, but the file size and performance have improved to a tolerable level.
