The heels are the Harli Heels by MeshedVR, so it is not included with the set. It is already pre-downloaded into VAM from what I seen!
Highly customizable, you can choose any color you want in the params. Only change the specular color to change it on the glossy leather materials, and for the stockings just use diffuse to change color and the alpha adjust to change the density of the stocking. For the gloves same thing as the leather, only change specular for color!
