i cant access the mega folder when i click the link it always tells me that i need the key

Copy & Paste the WHOLE LINK into your browser (starting with the https, and ending with the 4Q.   
Clicking on the link will truncate it after the #, cutting off the decryption key.  I don't know why Patreon does that, but I've never found a way to fix it.  
Make sure you are using actual copy and paste, not "copy link address" in the right-click dialogue box, as it will also truncate the link and remove the key.
