The zip (linked mega) contains everything you need to get the simple scene containing Lady D. running!
Diffuse textures are my personal edits of SupaRioAmateur's excellent 7th Heaven Fighter 4k textures, and the rest of the 4k textures are present in .var format.

Asset bundle corsage by Broshido, recolored with UnityAssetVAMifier by NoStage3
MorphMerger by ProjectCanyon was used to combine many morphs into one Lady Dimi morph, and has been split into body, head and genitals. Note that use of one without the others may cause neck deformation due to body scale.
Please see the depend.txt for a list of child dependencies that are not included here, but are referenced by some of the vars which are. They should not affect the scene loading.
Users are encouraged to source a hat and dress to complete the look! I was not able to get specific clearance to distribute those pieces in this, so I leave it as an exercise to the user.
Hot Edit! -- I have received reports that the morph is not applying correctly, resulting in a default female with the skin textures applied. Please search your morphs list for "Dimitrescu" and slide the Lady Dimitrescu morph all the way to the right.
