bug fix

There was a bug in the oral climax scene — specifically, the semen clothing on the face and tongue was not displaying properly. This issue has now been fixed.
It was one of those occasional bugs where certain settings randomly disappear.

Also, the option to remove glasses sometimes didn't work correctly.
I've now made sure it functions more reliably.

Ah, and I've also added the spit clothing to the final part of animation 3 on the coffee table.

I sincerely apologize for providing a version with these issues and thank you for your patience and support.
