SimpleRecorder
SimpleRecorder is an ultra-simple animation tool for VaM. No complex menus, no manual target selection — just move your character and press Spacebar to record. Made for beginners who find traditional animation tools overwhelming, while still giving advanced users a powerful trigger system for synced events.

Quick Start
- Add SimpleRecorder to your Person atom
- Press R to start recording
- Pose/move your character
- Press SPACEBAR to capture a keyframe
- Repeat steps 3–4 to add more keyframes
- Press Q to stop recording and auto-play
- Press E to play/pause anytime
Keyboard Controls
- R = Start Recording
- SPACEBAR = Capture Keyframe
- Q = Stop & Play
- E = Play/Pause
- C = Clear Animation
Tabs
- MAIN — Recording controls and settings
- TRIGGERS — Add triggers that fire during playback
- SAVE/LOAD — Save and load animations
Tips
- Use Time Between Keyframes to control animation speed
- Use triggers to sync with audio, change expressions, or control other plugins
- Everything you move is recorded automatically — no setup required
