I finished Final Fantasy 8 earlier today and thought 'There should be a rendition of Quistis on the hub'.
So...here she is!
Quistis Trepe was an instructor at Balamb Garden Military Academy. At 18, she was ahead of the other students in terms of intelligence and strength, but her emotional growth was stunted, and she was let go from her position as an instructor, and told to focus on her skills as a mercenary, a SeeD from Balamb Garden.
Her in-game whip is a chain whip, but this bullwhip is what we have on the hub! It's a CUA, you don't have to use it if you don't want to.
