Add skin independent save, oral cavity and skin official does not support merge load

Because the skin part of the "Appearance Preset"
is called from the "Skin Presets" program code.
"Skin Presets do not support merge loading.
Mouth and skin belong to "Skin Preset".
So to load mouth and skin you have to
be loaded in my plugin.
Other parts can be loaded with the official appearance.
