How I make my clothing in blender

Guides How I make my clothing in blender

A really excellent guide! I use blender to make and port clothes but I had never used mask extract before and it's an awesome solution. Definitely adding this to my pipeline! Thank you!

All my clothing is from the mesh extract. the technique I use to make hanging clothing from the mesh extract method is shown in my martial saber outfit video via this post.

I have many more things to share, but that requires time to write something ^_^

This is amazing, thank you! I've been struggling trying to learn clothing creation to be able to make outfits that I can see in my mind but have no idea how to create. Thank you for sharing.

I'm glad you like it, I'm happy sharing what I know in blender to help people get a foot in the door to clothing creation.

I've been stuck on doing this since I've never made a guide, and it could be better in many ways, but I feel like it's good enough for people to see clothing isn't so hard to make with the mesh extract method.

This is a GRAND community service - makes me feel guilty of not sharing more of what I know. I'm gunna study the shtt out of it.

I'm glad to help the community grow, I wish for the hub a great future. You shouldn't feel guilty, It's all about timing and how you feel to write a guide for people.

The guide is for people who don't know how to use this technique to create something, or to show how easy it is to do so, so we can see more clothing designers in the future.

Nice! I have yet to sink my teeth into clothing creation, but this should provide a great jump start for whenever I finally get around to trying it out.

It's a time commitment, and I get wanting to do it later rather than sooner. I wish you success in your creation journey.

Also, a TIP for tackling clothing creation; Take your time making the clothing and not rush. "This is very crucial for any freelancer creator, use your time how you see fit, and don't take 2–6 hours in 1 day?
The last thing you want to do is make yourself feel burnt out~
I only work 1–2 hours per day, so I can have an open mind going back and not feel burnt out.
