All States use the same SIM Textures, except 0, which is more rigid, but you can change that out too if you like. 8 Different Color patterns (Default, 0-6). 0 Is a nuetral color, allowing you to use the color picker. Textures can be swapped around as well, some of the bumps are directly tied to their patterns, 0 and one other have a generic cotton bump. The video below is just an example of the elasticity and movement, it's not awesome, just gives you a good feel for how they'll behave in sim. The waist has the most weight, holding them in place, while the legs are free to move around, with a small amount of sim applied to help prevent bunching up.
