Plugins + Scripts HeelAdjust3

This update is huge:
* the session mode is the main mode, person mode work too,
* delivered in a .dll form now making the plugin reference in your scenes stale (not a big problem actually if you use the session mode),
* the plugin internal id changed CheesyFX.HeelAdjust2 -> Nickon.HeelAdjust3 making all existing scenes to lost HeelAdjust settings (a migration tool provided, python needed),
* version number jump 6 -> 27 to match the internal versioning since CheesyFX development,
* other minor: ImportScenePackagePresets fix, CLS height adjust mode improved.
So if you do not care much about your existing scenes setting (sound settings, height adjust, delta correction) you can update and try it right now. Otherwise I advise to think little more and update More information please read in the overview page (I will rebuild it part-to-part). That was very hard to me to implement all that unfamiliar things so I expect much bugs. Please report them in discussion thread.

Critical bugfix: the plugin broken when run from a packaged scene with no presets provided in the package.

This was a very significant and easily discovered bug. Insufficient testing on my part.
As a reminder, bugs get fixed faster if they're reported.

The scene/session version of the script now has no any limitation against the main script:
1) per-person data is saved/restores in the scene data including current preset values
2) the same behavior when disabled/enabled script/person
3) ShoeHelper removing ability
The scene version has not protection against main version applied on a person simultaneously, remember that if you use it as a session plugin.
It was a huge refactor so there are bugs could be introduced, please inform me if you found any.

A new feature added by Metix request: packaged scene presets. Now a creator can add their own shoe presets in the scene package .var under

Just select the preset files you used in your scene in the Package Builder.
These packaged presets will not override the existing user presets if any. That presets work only if the scene loaded from the package, if the user saves the scene under own name the presets will not be loaded. The user can also import your presets if they do not have their own. There will be button "Import Absent Presets from Scene" added for that under "Link Additional Items" page.

* bugfixes with plugin start disabled
* bugfix HeelColliderScaleY changes does not reflected in UI
* HeightOffset value changed that way it is not longer affected by HeelColliderOffsetZ
The last thing is an incompatibility with the original CheesyFX script but there is no difference in total since that version does not save the value in the scene data.
Please note the either versions adjust height value assuming feet height value is not zero but about 0.063 (VaM default pose value).
