HeelAdjust2

Plugins HeelAdjust2

Enhanced synergy across my plugin suite:
  • Ability to (internally) interpolate the foot slope deltas. This is crucial for the next BodyLanguage update, which will feature smooth pose transitions. BL will post an error if you try to use an earlier version of this.
  • HeelAdjust2 and FreeTheLegs are now collaborating, not destroying changes made by eachother.
New toggle: Cloth collision can now be disabled separately. I noticed some issues with long throusers.
Fixes I made like a year ago. Sorry for not posting.
Added G-Strips presets from @MrGiggly to the var. You don't have to put them into your local folders any more. If you already have, it is safe to remove them.
Sorry, uploaded FocusOnMe to this resource. No changes are made since v18.
@bill_prime sent me some presets that are a requirement for his upcoming fashion show scene. Thanks for that!
Make sure to update/install this to enjoy his work!

New presets:
  • MrGiggly-GPumpsHeelStandard
  • YameteOuji-ShoesMidHeelA
  • YameteOuji-ShoesSneakerEgregious
I did not update the cslist
The sounds depend on multiple factors:
  • The angle and speed of the collision
  • The shape of the shoe collider that is hit:
    • broad colliders produce damped sounds with lower pitch
    • spikey heels produce louder sounds with higher pitch
    • the volume increases with the collider height, cause it gets more resonant
Ergo: The sounds automatically adjust to the shoes you are wearing. You can, however, set the base volume and base pitch manually. You can also select different clip libraries to match your shoe/floor.
You can also use it with bare feet. Just enable the plugin, the colliders are already there, but flattened out.

Furthermore you can select which atoms should produce a sound on contact.

The credits for the sound files go to @SPQR and @flyroxy.
If the toe joint is 'locked', all settings for the colliders are hidden. If you edited them in this state (ignoring my warning) you could mess things up big time.
I added a quick 'how to' to the description.

This is hopefully the last update for this, as I really want to move on. You guys gonna like what's to come I think.
There was a bug when your scene contained an older version of the secondary heel items than the one the preset was stored for. For now, it is handled like this:
  • If the above case is true, the plugin will load and recognize the items correctly. But if you unequip and reequip the main item, the secondary items will be of the latest version available (it searches 10 versions ahead).
  • The main item will work with any future version. The secondary items will be searched 10 versions forward from the version you stored your preset for and will be taken from the latest var within that range.
Example: You stored your preset for v3 and the latest installed is v7, then the secondary items will also be v7. But the secondary items will be v13 max. If you don't have any verison between 3 and 13, it will fail. You'll have to update you preset in this case.
Many shoes consist of multiple parts, right? Are you annoyed by that, then check this out:
  • Now you can link additional clothing items that get equipped and unequipped alongside your main item that has the preset. You'll find a button for that in the Presets-UI.
  • The list of linked items doesn't get reset automatically, so you have to think about that before saving another preset. The UI makes it obvious if there's is still something linked though.
  • The included preset for GPumps heels high now also equipps the other 2 parts.
  • Fixed faulty collider rotations under certain circumstances. Thanks @lapiroman
I like this update a lot, because it really is a QoL improvement I think. Do you agree? Tell me about it! :)
