Bro this is crazy i love it!! is there any chance that you could make different skins like hairy skins; white, asian etc...; or different type of hands ;) so the model could be touched by all kinds of people ;)

Hello Mr.Perveloper. As for the color, UnityAssetVamifier is able to make it look a little more like a Caucasian, or like a rubber glove.
However, I can't remake it into a woman's hand because I have to start over from skinning the mesh.

Unfortunately, it was tweaked by me and is different than the Look you get in the existing Hub.
However, isn't the charm you feel depends on the facial expression and gaze? If so, I recommend using "glance" or AshAuryn's "ahegao morph".
