Hey folks, just wanted to share an improved version of this texture that I’ve been working on. I rebuilt most of the details using projection and stencil workflows inside Substance Painter. The cellulite and subtle skin variations were sculpted manually in Blender, then baked back into the normal map through Substance to bring out that extra realism.
I looked at the previous version and felt like it wasn’t doing the model justice — some parts needed more love, some mistakes needed fixing, and I knew I could push it further. So I took some time, slowed things down, and focused on polishing it the way I’d want to use it myself.
And because this community has given me a lot, I’ve decided to release it for free. Hopefully it helps someone out there save some time or spark new ideas. Use it, tweak it, build on top of it — it's yours.
