There isn't water in the asset as I couldn't get the Unity built in water to look very good but I'm still new to it.
DemonLord has a water plane asset that you can use.
PluginIdea also has a water plugin that you can use in a empy atom which is what I used for the bottom picture along with built in props and furniture.
