What does it do ?
It locks clickable Elements in your Scene, like UI-Buttons, UI-Image Buttons, Sliders, Togglers, etc.
What ist that good for ?
- Select and move Atoms without beeing blocked by clickable Elements.
- Prevents from accidentally clicking Triggers while working in your Scene.
- Prevents from Mousescrolling beeing bothered by clickable Elements.

Where to load ?
Doesn't matter... Session Plugins, Scene Plugins, CUA, Empty...
