If nipples pop out you go to "Female Morph>Category>Morph/Chest/Nipples > Nipples 1.000→0"
To open crotch area you can use cloth grab tool in "scene add atom > misc > clothgrabsphere > locate sphere > disable enable sphere in control tab "On" it's on top left corner > move sphere > done"
In near future wanna make a preset with an open crotch to not go round cloth grab sphere
