Scene should be fairly tolerant for using your own looks but excessive morphs are always going to cause problems. Just remember to load your look using 'Appearance Preset', not with 'Load Look'
Update: The new girl lead position is in contrast extremely intolerable to morphs changes, incl moreBoobs morphs ;/ . Same probably for Physics rate(mine is 72Hz), extra dust on monitor etc. Only skins and face morphs are safe.
Package has two save files, appropriately named. One with free and mostly hub-hosted assets. Links for non-hub-hosted addons are marked below as such, download them manually.
Second requires a paid package linked at the bottom. I removed the paid package as a requirement as not to saturate your error log if you do not have it.

Making your own changes to the scene can be a hassle still. If all you want to do is change character looks, load the scene, do not touch any buttons, add a temporary light source, make your changes, delete the temporary light, run three circles around an oak tree during old moon, spit over left shoulder.
