Well, I don't think it's the file size, the way it looks just stops there, if added as an asset, then he will still keep loading and won't affect other operations, however, running your scene file directly, like the ahri one, when all the resources are loaded, it will end up stuck on your tail resource and will not be able to open the scene, however, the longding interface just keeps stopping there, yet the UI buttons are all clickable, even if I rebuild a new scene, it will be an empty scene, so I have to restart vam.

Does it just happen with all tails or just some specific? They all seem to be working fine for me. Maybe something happens when i package them. I'll have to look into it further.
