They look excellent! Is there a way to make the body comply to the height of the heels? I'm new to this, and when I equip these heels, the body will remain on bare-feet height and the heels will be at a really weird angle.

Hi there.
Thanks for your kind words.
Unfotunately due to the way clothing import works, the only way to import platform heels (other than splitting off the platform and heel into a custom unity asset) is to import them with the toes hiding in the platform.
If you're in 'Edit Mode' you can click on your models ankle (FootControl) and rotate approx 40 degrees.
This does mean that if you are using an existing scene you would need to make some adjustments to the pose.
