Forgive me, but I am a new traveler in this strange land of VAM. Does this model not have genitals or am I missing something obvious? I was able to remove the panties and there doesn't appear to be anything there.

You'll have to untick the "Disable Anatomy" option when you've hidden the panties. Click the "Customize" button on the suit, and you'll see the option in the "Adjustments" tab.
