For Liliana, ball is life. Her dad always wanted a son that he could mold into a football(soccer) superstar. Instead, he got Liliana. At first, he had no intention of training her, but when she showed signs of exceptional physical talent and competitive drive at a very young age, he decided to train her as he would have trained a son. She worked hard to make her dad proud, and took every opportunity to test her skills against the boys. She was constantly underestimated and made fun of for thinking she could compete with them, but quickly gained their respect as she ran circles around them on the field. Her talent got her a scholarship to a good college and now she absolutely dominates on a girls team. Her dad couldn't be more proud.
