StrokerSync
Sync your haptic devices with Virt-A-Mate physics via Intiface/Buttplug.
What You Need
Setup
Penetrator Setup
By default the plugin looks for a Person atom with penis anatomy as the giver. You can also use a dildo or prop object:
The receiver can be any gender — male, female, or futa. Use the Target Orifice setting to choose between Auto, Vagina, Anus, or Mouth.
Finger Penetration
The plugin also tracks finger penetration and clitoral stimulation separately. When both finger and penis/toy penetration are active at the same time, the plugin picks whichever signal is deeper by default.
Enable Blend Finger + Penetration to average both signals together instead. This gives a smoother combined feel when both are happening simultaneously.
Calibrating the Stroke Range
The raw penetration depth values rarely span the full 0–100% range, so calibration is needed to make the device use its full travel.
Auto-Calibrate (recommended)
Manual Calibration
Watch the live display at the top. Note the Raw value at fully withdrawn and fully inserted positions, then set Pen Range Min and Pen Range Max to match. The Mapped value should swing between 0.00 and 1.00 during a full stroke.
Rolling Calibration
Enable this to have the range adapt continuously during playback, useful for scenes with varying depths.
Pause Controls
The stroker and vibrator can be paused independently:
Vibration
For vibrating toys, select the device in the Vibrator Device dropdown, then choose a mode:
Timeline Curve Learning
If your scene uses the VAM Timeline plugin, enable Timeline Curve Learning on the Stroker tab. The plugin will automatically detect Timeline in the scene, then learn the stroke position curve over the first animation loop. After one full loop it switches to deterministic look-ahead instead of velocity extrapolation. This eliminates reversal overshoot entirely and gives perfect sync at direction changes. A log message confirms when the curve is ready.
Re-recording
The curve automatically re-records when:
If Timeline is not present in the scene, the plugin works exactly as before using velocity extrapolation.
Adjusting the Feel
Duration Padding (ms)
The most impactful setting. Adds overlap time onto each command so the device is always mid-movement when the next command arrives, preventing stop-start gaps.
Max Send Rate (Hz)
The upper limit on how often position updates are sent. The plugin adapts the actual rate automatically based on stroke speed (slower motion = fewer updates), so this is a ceiling, not a fixed rate. 20 Hz is fine for most scenes.
Smoothing
Filters out physics jitter from the penetration tracking.
Stroke Zone Min / Max
Limits which portion of the device's physical travel is used. Useful if the device's full range is uncomfortable or you want to constrain the motion.
Saving Settings
Click Save Settings as Default to persist your current settings across scenes. Connection, device smoothness, send rate, stroke zone, vibration mode, and calibration scale are all saved. The specific device and atom selections are scene-dependent and not saved as defaults.
Recommended Starting Settings
Start with Duration Padding — it has the biggest effect on how natural the movement feels. Increase it if the device feels choppy; decrease it if it feels laggy.
Sync your haptic devices with Virt-A-Mate physics via Intiface/Buttplug.
What You Need
- Virt-A-Mate with a scene containing characters or a toy penetrator
- A Buttplug-compatible device — stroker (e.g. The Handy) and/or vibrating toy
- Intiface Central (free) — download from intiface.com
Setup
- Open Intiface Central, pair your device(s) via Bluetooth, and start the server.
- Load your scene in Virt-A-Mate.
- Add the plugin to any in-scene atom. Load ADDME.cslist from the plugin folder.
- Click Connect to Intiface Central. Your devices should appear in the device dropdowns.
- Select your linear device (stroker) from the top device dropdown.
- If you also have a vibrating toy, select it from the Vibrator Device dropdown further down.
- Set the Motion Source to Male + Female.
- The plugin will auto-detect the giver and receiver. If not, select them manually.
- Toggle Pause Stroker and/or Pause Vibration off to start sending commands.
Penetrator Setup
By default the plugin looks for a Person atom with penis anatomy as the giver. You can also use a dildo or prop object:
- Select the object from the Toy / Object Penetrator dropdown (lists all non-Person atoms).
- The plugin will auto-detect the tip direction and length from the object's collider geometry.
- You can manually adjust Toy Axis and Toy Length if the auto-detection isn't right.
- Make sure the animation is playing through full in/out motions.
- Click Auto-Calibrate Range (8s) and let it run for 8 seconds.
- The plugin sets the range sliders automatically.
- Pause Stroker — stops sending position commands to the stroker without affecting vibration.
- Pause Vibration — stops the vibrator and mutes all vibration commands without affecting the stroker.
Vibration
For vibrating toys, select the device in the Vibrator Device dropdown, then choose a mode:
- Depth — intensity scales with penetration depth. Deepest thrust = strongest vibration, withdrawal fades it out.
- Velocity — intensity scales with stroke speed. Fast strokes = strong, paused = silent.
- Blend — average of both: steady depth-based buzz with velocity peaks on fast thrusts.
- You switch to a different animation clip in Timeline.
- The animation length changes (e.g. you add or remove time from the clip).
- The plugin detects that the live motion has drifted away from the recorded curve for a sustained period (e.g. after editing keyframes).
- 0–20 ms — snappy, responsive. Good for fast scenes.
- 30–80 ms — smoother, more fluid. Good for slow or sensual scenes.
- Default: 10 ms.
- 0 — raw tracking.
- 0.3–0.5 — light to moderate smoothing (recommended).
- 0.8+ — heavy smoothing, very fluid but slower to respond.
