Oeshii's Drina Skin Textures

Textures Oeshii's Drina Skin Textures

Download [150.85 MB]
This is a repack of only the skin textures from Oeshii's look Drina:

This only includes the pure skin textures for using them without all the other dependencies the look has.

You can load the maps into the skin texture slots or just load them at once with the included skin preset.

Pointless. The original Drina var file is not bloated.

Drina itself isn't bloated, but if you just want to use the skin alone, you have unnecessary dependencies. See it as a modular resource just like hair - where it is established to separate it as another var. Don't you hate it when you want some look or scene and suddenly you have dozens or even hundreds of things you didn't want, and which aren't even in that scene, just because of the dreaded dependency trail? I do and i am not alone.

I want to create several looks using these textures (the first one is in the approval phase right now) and i wanted it to do the "right way", so users wouldn't have to download two looks for just one they wanted. I wouldn't call this pointless, quite the opposite. I would love for others creators to care for that more often. I just fought dependency hell for over 5 hours just today (no kidding).

You can also look up some var packaging guides, perhaps you can then understand the perspective of a creator (although i wouldn't call myself that, not yet).

Every opinion is of course valid, but i think you downvoted this because of lack of knowledge. And if you think that is a cheap rip off: i admire Oeshii's work and gave credit even when it was not necessary. I even bought him several coffees on kofi some time ago. His work is magnificient and i would have loved for him to release it, sadly he is gone for years now.
