This Enviorment has a reflection probe which refreshes on "awaken" so if you change the lighting turning the CUA atom on and off will refresh that.
Using the CUA editor by Hal9000 you can remove it if you prefer.
As for filling the bathtub I'd recommend the Interactivewaterpro from pluginidea.
Farger I know has plenty of particles to set the mood.
