A cyberpunk themed apartment made in Unity.
Textures are from ambientcg.com under the Creative Commons License as well as 3Dtextures.me for the door texture. The specific license isn't listed on his website or social media accounts. They are listed as free for people to use in their projects though.
Images I used for the DVD's are from ebay listings. I have no idea what licensing those would have if any.
The only asset imported was the plant model from Nobiax / Yughues from the Unity Asset Store under the Standard Unity EULA.

The ceiling fans are animated! There is also an extra prefab for the apartment without furniture. I'm getting better with Unity but cloth is difficult to make from scratch so the sofa is a little iffy and I didn't attempt to make a bed.
