About licenses, the only reason my assets contain NC is because they are limited by the original model and I just don't want to get myself in trouble, but you can use them in any scene free or pc.Unless the original author would mind.

This office has built-in beach enviroment, which I like.
Note: The outer env is only a decorative environment, not for using,which is far beyond the limits of the range of scenarios available in VAM. It makes no sense in moving to the distance because there are no assets in there, just some low pixel pictures.And it may cause misalignment because it exceeds the scope of the scene.
