Welcome to the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. I have stayed here many times and it’s a gorgeous hotel and casino with an amazing view from the balcony. I made this model in Sketchup, and then did the final touches in Unity. It’s actually a pretty close copy of one of their terrace studio suites. The artwork and colors are very much like the real thing – in fact some are exact clones. It’s a very sexy and colorful hotel.

In this scene you’ll start as you exit the elevators on the 54th floor and you can enjoy the artwork as you find your room – Room 5420. (Note - only the hallways and room 5420 are modeled).

Click the “ambiance “play” button to hear street ambiance. Step out onto the balcony for a better listen. It’s a 4 minute loop as heard from the balcony in real life. I took sections from a handful of songs that are regularly played from the Bellagio Fountains below.

The video “play” trigger will start the actual video that is played on their CCTV channel. It adds very little to the scene, other than nostalgia for anyone who has been there. It would be easy to redirect that trigger to launch any video you want, or remove it altogether. Hopefully it adds a bit of authenticity.

I’ve added an assetbundle along with the scene if you just want the hotel in your own scene, or you can parent everything to a subscene and use that for your scene.

Finally I added a skybox that includes 5 different Las Vegas background scenes - the Cosmopolitan/ Bellagio view that you see when the scene opens, and also Paris, Delano/ Mandalay Bay and 2 skyboxes that I made specifically because I thought they were really cool for “mile high airplane” scenes. Nice view out the window!

Oh the fun we’ve had on that balcony over the years – I hope you do, too! Have fun and enjoy your stay.

Let me know if you see anything that needs to be addressed – I’m in no way an expert with ANY of this stuff. Feel free to use however you want.
